tl777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net losses you have incurred on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits tl777's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by tl777's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of tl777's Services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter directly with tl777 customer support. Submit a written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction details, and the resolution you are seeking. tl777 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of initial submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable, or pursue resolution through the appropriate courts in the Republic of the Philippines.
Game outcome disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the disputed event. tl777's determination on disputed game outcomes, based on its server logs and game provider records, shall be final and binding unless reversed by a competent regulatory authority.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tl777 platform.
tl777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by a notice posted prominently on the tl777 platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
